Frequently asked questions before booking

Important information about the restaurant.

Which time is more convenient?

Early, from 20:00 / 20:30 pm. The second-hour reservations may have to wait a few minutes before the previous reservation is vacated. 

Should I be punctual?

The reservation schedules are arranged to provide with exceptional service and best attention to our patrons. 

Being punctual at the time of reservations is important, even so we do not guarantee that you do not have to wait a few minutes, depending on the previous table. In case of delay, contact us by phone to see availability, we will hold a reservation for 15 minutes. 

Can I book at the last minute?

Within working hours, after 7:30 p.m., you must call by phone to confirm availability, especially on weekends. Ph:  (00598) 27096616. 

Can I book for large tables?

Yes, we accept reservations for large tables,  but for 8 or more guests we request you to reconfirm the size of your party, two hours before your reservation arrival time.  The best time to book is between 20:00 and 20:30 pm so that you do not have to wait for long dinner gatherings. 

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Yes, you  can do this the same way you made the reservation: web site   THE FORK , by email or by phone at least an hour before your reservation arrival time. 

How long does it take to eat?

Typically a meal will last upward of  2:30 hours. It also depends what our guests require.  If for some reason you are on a hurry, then you should let us know upon your arrival.

  

I am allergic, celiac, intolerant to some products or I do not like some ingredients. Are there alternatives? 

Let us know of any potential issues you may encounter when you make your reservations. 

We will try to adapt the menu to meet your needs. You must tell us in advance, either through our website or at your reservation. 

Are children allowed?

Yes, children are allowed, but as dinner lasts nearly 3 hours and many toddlers are unable to tolerate inactivity for this amount of time, and we ask that you take into consideration our other guests and their dining experience.

Also, we ask that you do not allow the child to get up and circulate the dining room, as it may be a dandger to them or to the staff and guests. 

Can I choose the table where to sit at?

At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to assign a specific table.  We seat our guests based on the staff{s ability to provide excellent service.  If you prefer a window or round table, let us know at the time of your reservation and we will try our best to accommodate you. 

 Do you have a private section?

Yes, we have the cava which has capacity for 20 guests.  In case you have difficulty to go down stairs, please, let us know. Your table can be located in the cellar, depending on the reserves of the day.

 

Can I bring my wine?

Yes, you can bring the wine of your choice.  In that case, we charge a corkage service equal to the cheapest wine cost on the menu. 

What is the average cost?

Varies according to the form of payment, there are discounts with some credit cards that reach 30% and tax refund for cards abroad that reach 18%. The average is from US $ 30 per person, depending mainly on your choice of wine.

Hours at Night:
Monday to Saturday from 8:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Sundays closed all day except  Mother´s and Father´s Day.
